Subscription Payment Agreement Terms
By checking the box, you agree to the following subscription payment agreement terms and conditions for using TV & Movie Solutions service.
1. Subscription Charges: Your subscription to the Service is subject to periodic subscription fees. These fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle.
2. Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the subscription plan chosen during registration/checkout.
3. Payment Method: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your preferred payment method for Subscription Fees corresponding to your billing cycle.
4. Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify us that you want to cancel or change your subscription, we will automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle and charge the Subscription Fees to your payment method.
5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, follow the instructions on your account settings page or contact our support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service.
6. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our Subscription Fees. We will provide at least [30] days’ notice before any price changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the adjusted amount.
7. Failed Payments: If a payment fails due to expired credit card details, insufficient funds, or any other reason, we will attempt to contact you for updated payment information. If we can’t process the payment within 5 days, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
8. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specified in this agreement.
9. Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Payment Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and continued use of the Service after any changes are published constitutes your agreement to those changes.
